Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

You have the right to cancel your order made online within a cooling-off period of 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. Please note, orders are often processed immediately, meaning we may not be able to prevent delivery once the order is placed. If you wish to cancel, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods and return them. Returns via our Returns Portal incur a charge of £2.95; returns to a store are free.

Any items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or delivery documentation). After we receive and process your return, a refund will be made using the original payment method. If you requested an exchange, your replacement order will be dispatched.

If your product is faulty, please return it via our Returns Portal within 30 days. If outside of that window, please contact our support team. If you don’t have your receipt or delivery documents, you may submit a credit card or bank statement (with the payment card number partially obscured for security).
