Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days)
Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under this amount will include a small delivery fee.

Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days)
Need your items sooner? Choose express delivery for fast, reliable service. Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours when placed before 2pm on weekdays.

Next Day Delivery
For urgent orders, select next-day delivery at checkout. Orders placed before 5pm Monday–Friday will be delivered the next working day.

Collection Options

Click & Collect
Order online and collect from one of our partner collection points across the UK. You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup — usually within 3–5 working days.

Parcel Shops & Lockers
If you’re not home during the day, choose delivery to a local parcel shop or locker. You’ll receive a unique code to collect your parcel at your convenience.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time. Simply visit clarkstrend.com and sign in to your account to view your order status.

Missed Delivery

If you’re not available when your parcel arrives, our courier will leave a note or message with instructions for redelivery or collection. You can also reschedule directly through the tracking link.

  • Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
    → Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched.
  • Can someone else collect my parcel?
    → Yes. They’ll just need to bring the order confirmation and proof of ID.
  • Are delivery charges refundable?
    → Delivery fees are non-refundable unless your entire order is returned due to a fault or cancellation before dispatch.
  • What happens if my parcel is delayed?
    → We’ll notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
